Glue FASTEC® core is an innovative lamination technology that dramatically improves the energy efficiency of motors. This technology began with the manufacturing and sale of Glue FASTEC® as a precision pressed product in 2008.
Compared to commonly adopted general dowel cores, the Glue FASTEC® core has successfully reduced iron loss (eddy current loss and hysteresis loss) by more than 10%. This remarkable reduction in iron loss significantly decreases energy loss during motor operation, contributing to higher system efficiency. Furthermore, because it employs a lamination method involving the precise application of adhesive, it can accommodate ultra-thin sheet products, thereby expanding design flexibility.
Its superior performance is substantiated by its market adoption track record. In 2016, the Glue FASTEC® core was adopted for use in motors for mass-produced domestic vehicles, earning high acclaim. Subsequently, in 2018, its adoption expanded to motors for mass-produced overseas vehicles, establishing its reliability and proven track record in the global market.
