Kuroda Precision Industries, Ltd. was founded in 1925 as Japan’s first dedicated gauge manufacturer under the name "Kuroda Gauge Manufacturing Co." The domestication of gauge production, which can be considered the foundation of manufacturing, was a groundbreaking event that laid the cornerstone for the subsequent modernization of Japan's industrial sector, which was still in its infancy at the time.
Since then, leveraging our superior precision machining and precision measurement technologies, we have developed not only various types of gauges but also cutting-edge products required by the times, such as electro-hydraulic pulse motors, precision press molds for motors, precision grinding machines, polishing machines for lens molds, tooling systems for precision machining, ball screw motion control systems for precision positioning, pneumatic equipment, high-efficiency motor cores, and ultra-precision form measurement systems.
In addition, through the establishment of international subsidiaries, acquisitions, and partnerships, we have been actively promoting global expansion.
