Kuroda Precision Industries, Ltd. has made it our mission to contribute to the development of the world's industries through precision technology. Today, we play a vital role behind the scenes in a wide range of fields, including automotive, semiconductors, precision components, machine tools, robotics, solar power, and medical systems. Among these, we take pride in leading the world with our production technologies for core components of electric vehicle motors. Looking ahead, we plan to expand into emerging fields such as next-generation aerial mobility. Throughout our 100-year history, we have consistently created and restructured business domains and product lines. Moving forward, we will continue these efforts to enhance long-term corporate value while striving to achieve sustainability through the following initiatives:

• Our products are used in production lines for  electric vehicles, energy-efficient actuators, machine tools, and solar power systems, contributing to the improvement of global environmental sustainability.
• In our own operations, we aim to achieve carbon neutrality by fiscal year 2050 through the purchase of solar power generation systems for our own consumption and biomass-generated electricity.
• We are also working to create a workplace where employees can work comfortably and find fulfillment. Currently certified with the "Kurumin Mark" (a recognition by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare for being a family-friendly company), we are striving to achieve the higher-level "Platinum Kurumin Mark" certification.
• To contribute to the local community, we actively provide hands-on training programs for local industrial high schools and sponsor local soccer teams.
