Kuroda Precision Industries, Ltd. has made it our mission to contribute to the development of the world's industries through precision technology. We are proud to be a world leader in the production technology for key components of electric vehicle motors, and we plan to develop the field of flying mobility in the future. In the future, we plan to develop the field of flying mobility, among others. Throughout our 100-year history, we have continuously created and reorganized our business fields and product lines, and we will continue to do so to enhance our long-term corporate value and achieve sustainability through the following efforts.

• Our products are used in production lines for electric vehicles, energy-saving actuators, machine tools, and photovoltaic power generation systems, contributing to the sustainability of the global environment.
• In our own activities, we aim to achieve carbon neutrality by FY2050 through the purchase of solar power generation systems for our own consumption and biomass-generated electricity.
• In addition, we are working to introduce various measures to create a workplace environment in which employees can work comfortably and are rewarded for their efforts, and are promoting activities aimed at evolving from the current "Kurumin Mark" (certified by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare as an excellent company for supporting child-rearing) to a "Platinum Kurumin Mark" certified company, which is a higher rank.
• In addition, to contribute to our local communities, we are actively involved in providing training programs for local technical high schools and sponsoring a soccer team, among other activities.
