Please tell me about screw grades.

Example:

We were instructed by a client to manufacture a 6g (equivalent to Grade 2) product, but because we wanted to manufacture a high-quality product, we manufactured and shipped the product using a 4h (equivalent to Grade 1) thread gauge. As a result, the product was deemed to have failed the client's acceptance inspection. Why was this the case when we manufactured a product with good precision?

Thread grade indicates the position of the tolerance

The grade of a screw does not indicate its quality, but indicates the position of the tolerance. A screw gauge must be selected that matches the grade of the product.
