It was pointed out that the thread ring gauge would not fit through the incoming inspection of the threaded part. We do not use thread gauges during production, but the outside diameter and effective diameter are machined in accordance with JIS standards.
This may be due to a poor diameter or shape of the root of the product thread.
In this case, the inner diameter of the GO thread ring gauge and the root of the product thread are interfering with each other, so it is necessary to check the tip of the thread of the die and the nose R of the thread cutting tool.

If this does not solve the problem, the pitch diameter may be too close to the limit, or there may be a problem with the pitch or thread angle.
It goes without saying that a thread gauge should be used during production.
