I would like to know about the inspection method (pass/fail judgment).

Example:

When inspecting products with a NOT GO side thread plug gauge, the gauge may be screwed in several times.
It is difficult to determine the number of rotations to see if the NOT GO side thread gauge is screwed in "2 turns" as stipulated by JIS, so please let me know if there is an easy-to-understand way to determine this.

Taking the NO NO side thread plug gauge as an example, to check how far it has been screwed in and the number of turns, screw the NO NO side thread plug gauge into the product as far as it goes, and then from the point where it stopped, pull the thread plug gauge out and count the number of turns until the thread plug gauge and the product come off, which will make it easy to determine the number of turns that have been screwed in (whether it has been screwed in 2 turns or not).
When using a NO NO side thread ring gauge, pull the gauge out and determine the number of turns in the same way.

How to check the stop side rotation speed

  • Turn the screw back while pulling it, and count the number of turns it takes to remove it.
