The optimal motor core for air mobility uses Permendur material, which has characteristics such as high magnetic flux density, high permeability, and low iron loss, compared to ordinary silicon steel sheets. This enables the realization of a compact, lightweight, yet high-output motor, making it ideal for air mobility applications that require long flight times by reducing weight.

Previous lamination technology for Permendur material faced significant challenges. In particular, single sheets that had undergone "annealing" treatment to maximize magnetic properties were extremely difficult to handle afterwards, leading to deformation or damage during the lamination process. This technological barrier was the biggest factor hindering the "mass production" of products with the excellent properties of Permendur material, and its practical application had long been considered difficult.
However, we have conducted persistent research and development to break through this conventional wisdom. As a result, we have uniquely developed a groundbreaking "high-speed external adhesive lamination technology." This new technology makes it possible to laminate delicate Permendur single sheets at high speed and stably after annealing, finally paving the way for mass production. This will make the future a reality where Permendur material can fully unleash its performance and expand new possibilities in the field of air mobility, where high-efficiency and lightweight motors and magnetic components are required.
