- Main body fully hardened with precision ground finish.
- Can be set at any position within the movable range, making it very convenient as an auxiliary tool for various jigs.
- Clamped with two screws each, allowing for easy and highly accurate fixation.
A measurement method where light is shone into a gap, and the amount of light leaking through is used to determine dimensions. Depending on skill level, readings can be taken in the range of 0.002–0.001 mm.
