How are Ball Screws manufactured?

There are generally two types of Ball Screws: ground Ball Screws and rolled Ball Screws.
These two types are named after the manufacturing method of their main component, the screw shaft. For reference, we will introduce the general manufacturing process flow of the main components, the screw shaft and nut, for the two types of Ball Screws.

These manufacturing methods are suitable for some products but not others depending on the precision grade and production category (stock production or made to order), so we apply a manufacturing method that suits the contents of each product.
